Thomas inherited the Corick home from his father, John Story of Bingfield Hall, Hexham, Northumberland. Thomas the elder can be seen as the start of the line of "Corick Storys". His daughter Anne died before her first birthday. Son Joseph became Rev. Joseph Story Rector of Monaghan. Mary married George Lendrum of Moorfield. Thomas never married. Benjamin married Anne Thaker a co-heiress. William never married. Thomas (the elder) was succeeded by his eldest son John, who leaving no children was succeeded by his nephew John Benjamin, son of his brother Benjamin who lived at Wicklow. John Benjamin, on coming to Corick, sold his inheritance in Wicklow.

Anne Story was born Thursday 24 Jan 1716-17 between 9 & 10 P.M.

Anne Story died 23 June 1717.

Benjamin Story was born Monday 14 July 1718 at 2 A.M.

William Story was born Tuesday 6 Sept. 1720 at 2.30 A.M. Tombstone in Clogher church yard

Thomas Story died the 3^rd of Dec 1744 in the 30^th year of his age.

M^rs. Story died the 20^th Sept. 1754 in the 71^st year of her age.

Benjamin Story died Nov 1767 in the 49^th of his age.

M^r. Story dies Oct 5 1768 in the 91^st year of his age.

John Story died March 10 1780 in the 72^nd year of his age.

Mary Lendrum died 5^th June 1781

William Story died 7^th Jan 1782

Rev. Joseph Story died 13^th Sept 1784.
