Dear Mr. Story
Your letter of today has surprised me. In answer to same I have considered and would sell, you would certainly be entitled to first preference.
To be straight forward and the times we are living in I consider £5000 would be its value, as the prospects for Irish farmers is good at the present time.
Since Mr. O'Kelly left we are using the whole house, glad to hear you are back in the country and would be pleased yourself Mrs and family would give us a call.
