TIMES.-
The time given is Greenwich mean time.
The
New Year finds me living in retirement at Bingfield with May & our little
Lila. Ralph & Vera are with us for the holidays. We are in the fairly good
health, only I find that any great exertion Ð even playing the cornet Ð now
tires me woefully.
I
have means enough, with care, to carry on for this year, but am most anxious
for the future owing to the scanty income left to me by the Land Commission.
